Yvette Tario

Founder & Instructor

Yvette received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Theatre from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Yvette began her teaching career in 2010 teaching in all dance styles but specializing in Tumbling and Acrobatics. She is best known for touring with Grammy award-winning singer Miguelito, dancing professionally for Norwegian Cruise Line, dancing for Cristina Quinones and opening for recording artist Tyga at the BET Pre-Party Show. Yvette's most recent acting job was with Telemundo in the telenovela Terapia De Amor. Performed at the House of Blues, Universal City Walk and the Staples Center. Her experiences in the industry only make her more motivated to share all of her knowledge and experience with the new upcoming generation of performers! She plans to teach her students as many tools as she can to help shape them into their best selves!

Marina Moralez

Instructor

Our Performance Team Coordinator Marina began her dance training at the age of five.  Growing up she trained in ballet, contemporary, modern, lyrical, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop and jazz funk. She has taken part in competition teams as well as a performance teams. At the age of 17, she decided to challenge her love for dance as a choreographer in multiple studios around the San Fernando Valley and has continued to do so for the past six years. She got the opportunity to coach a performance team for 4 years which gave her the experience to work with students of all ages. Marina continued her passion as a dancer by joining the Cal State Northridge Hip Hop team where she now is entering her second year on the team. She strongly believes in using dance as an outlet to express oneself while providing your aspiring dancer with the foundation to grow!

Hvrmony

Instructor

Hvrmony Adams was born and raised in Washington D.C./Maryland area where she spent much of her childhood in competitive gymnastics. She found her true calling in dance during her enrollment in the Duke Ellington School of Arts Dance Department. She continued her education and training at Chapman University where she achieved her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance. She has performed at various venues including Hollywood Bowl, The Kennedy Center, and Lincoln Center. She has also been featured in campaigns for Apple and GAP. Through movement, Hvrmony strives to share with the world, a phrase that is not often internalized, “you are not alone”.

Chris Sea

Instructor

Chris Sea is a certified pole instructor, a Pole Fitness Alliance (PFA) Master Trainer, and pole competition coach.  She has coached numerous competitors and created countless gold-winning championship routines.  She teaches workshops throughout the U.S. and reaches her international students through her popular online classes.  Chris Sea was one of the esteemed judges of Exotic Generation World Competition as well as other pole dance competitions.   She is also one of the organizers of U.S. Pole Champions.   As a registered nurse, she uses her knowledge to help students find healing and wellness through pole dance. Chris Sea is best known for her melodramatic and theatrical style of choreography creating stories and characters that captivate audiences. Her martial arts background influences her movement, creating a unique style that blends dynamic movements , musicality, and much drama!  She loves guiding students in their dance journey and sharing her passion for the pole arts. ​​

Sassy Ress

Instructor

Sassy started dancing at the age of 8 and has trained in several styles including hip hop, jazz and contemporary. Sassy discovered her passion for pole dance back in 2014 after taking an intro class, and immediately fell in love with the art. She competed in the pole industry from 2016 through 2018 and has been able to take home gold and bronze medals for the PSO Championship category. Sassy began her teaching career in 2019, and has gotten her certifications for spinning pole and heels based pole dance.

Throughout the years, Sassy has always enjoyed sharing her knowledge for dance. She is very passionate about this craft and about helping other people reach their dance goals.

Monica Kay

Instructor

Monica Kay is an ex-exotic dancer from New Orleans where she danced in the French Quarter at various clubs for many years. When she moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and discovered pole dancing studios, she decided to dedicate her life to teaching others pole. You may have seen her perform in and around Los Angeles with Tonya Kay's Pinup Pole Show, The Original Star Wars Parody Burlesque, and several other burlesque troops. Monica Kay prides herself in slow, sultry movements and encouraging the pole community to keep freedancing (or freestyling). Her Yoga practice spans over 25 years and she is a former Yoga Alliance member with ERYT500 status. Teaching all experience levels, all ages and all body types provides Monica Kay with a never ending love for the art of pole dance.
